Please note that your Statutory Rights are not affected by the BADA-UK on-line products policy.
Online Security
All online shopping transactions on the BADA-UK website are processed through a PayPal secure server. This means that you can shop in the confidence that your transaction is carried out in safe and secure manner. You do not need a PayPal account to shop online with BADA-UK. You can use your credit card, which will be processed through the PayPal server. If you have a PayPal account then you may use this instead of your credit card.
Privacy
BADA-UK will only use your personal information to complete your shopping transaction. This data is not stored.
Product Prices and Packaging
Prices may be subject to change on the website and are correct at the time of publication. Goods will be charged at the price displayed on the product page on the date the consumer places the order. All prices shown are inclusive of postage and VAT (where applicable).
Packaging may vary and differ to the images displayed on the product information page.
Although we endeavor to make your shopping experience totally satisfactory, occasional errors and omissions may occur.
Delivery
BADA-UK is entirely run by volunteers. We always endeavour to send items out immediately, once payment has been cleared, but please allow up to 28 days for delivery. When items are out of stock we will amend the product page to inform you that this is the case. However, if your order is placed before we have amended the product page, we shall inform you by email or telephone that the item is out of stock and provide you with the expected delivery date. Should you wish to cancel your order at this time, we will refund any payments made.
Return/Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods you must inform us in writing or by e-mail within seven days of receipt thereof. We will arrange to have them returned and give a full refund. We will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within ten days of your receipt of the product.
